General FAQs

1. What type of t-shirts do you use?
Our shirts are made from high quality 100%  cotton, (that means it feels nice and smooth and not like sandpaper), and retain their shape after use.

We only use suppliers who conform to the following manufacturing ethics: No child labour, payment above minimum wage, environmentally friendly production (non pollutant) and are polar bear friendly.

2. Where do you ship?
Yes, we do ship internationally and all available shipping destinations are visible in the checkout screen, (assuming you have something in your basket!).

4. How is my order packaged for shipping?
Your garments will be sealed in a cellophane garment protection bag and then placed in a plastic mailer envelope. Double bagged...so to speak.

5. What is your return/exchange policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 28 days of purchase for a refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and are carefully packaged. Please ensure to quote your order number on all correspondence.

You will not become the owner of the products until they have been delivered, at which time they will also become your risk and we will not be liable for any subsequent damage, loss or destruction to them. Please note that missing parcels cannot have a claim launched until 15 working days, (25 for international orders), after dispatch.
