Historic Battle Of Van Ness 1906

This is a tribute tee for the brave and largely forgotten firefighters who tackled the infamous blaze of Van Ness Avenue after the Great Earthquake of San Francisco in 1906. They managed to finally stop the massive fire from spreading with limited water supplies and man power, this was after it had already destroyed 500 city blocks. Yes, we know it's a bit of a bizarre topic for a t-shirt but we thought it would be a good idea to blend history with popular culture, besides the name 'Van Ness', just sounds really cool...and it's got the word 'battle' as well, score.
